Preclinical Imaging XNAT-Enabled Informatics: PIXI

PIXI is a free and open source XNAT plugin designed to support imaging informatics for preclinical experiments. It introduces an additional subject data model to XNAT tailored for small animal subjects and adds non-imaging experiments essential for preclinical workflows. With added user-friendly features for batch data entry and a dedicated workflow for splitting multi-subject images, PIXI is a versatile tool for preclinical research data management.
